Team development

The field-tested team analysis with the Team Evolution Profile (TEP) captures nine factors of team cooperation through a team survey. It measures how strong the team is in cooperation (cooperation according to specifications) or co-creation (cooperation according to vision). It is an effective basis for assessing the team’s situation and discussing the potential of collaboration. We accompany the whole process personally as your coach.

The Leadership Circle Profile® (LCP) is a scientifically validated and recognized tool for measuring the 29 relevant leadership qualities. It shows you in black and white how your leadership behavior is perceived and where your potential lies. It is an effective assessment and the basis for personal development. We accompany the whole process personally as your coach.

We design a personal further education or training program for your managers. The program is tailored to your situation, goals, and potential. We are happy to draw on the in-depth leadership competencies of the Leadership Circle Profile® to strengthen future-oriented leadership qualities specifically. Typically, training is spread over three to six months with 3 to 10 training days. Also possible for entire leadership teams.
