Why our passion burns.

"A strong ME for a responsible WE."

Today's economy is increasingly "VUKA" - Volatile, Unpredictable, Complex, and Ambivalent.

A prosperous future needs forward-looking leaders, employees, and teams who actively and sustainably shape change. Leaders who are motivated by purpose and vision invest their energy in improvement and progress. Strong personalities in the team who shape courageously, take responsibility, and create space for different perspectives.

How we make an impact.

66 DAYS is not just a name but a program. Our claim is sustainable changes that are implemented.

We accompany teams and leaders to develop in a future-oriented way. Until change becomes a habit.

Personal

We do not work for our clients but with them. Because successful changes only succeed through personal and joint design.

Enthusiastic

We burn for what we do. Because with passion, we also go the extra mile with our customers.

Sustainable

We design our impulses to be experience-oriented and promote self-awareness. Because it is only through one's actions that new things are understood and become a habit.
OUR SUSTAINABILITY PROCESS

66 days – 6 steps – 1 focus

Our sustainability process is based on the four fundamental principles of successful change:

  1. Change takes time.
  2. Change follows the why.
  3. Changes succeed through emotions.
  4. Change overcomes resistance.

In this way, we design a field-tested change process in around 66 days and six steps with a focus on sustainable development that is implemented.

What is the benefit behind each of the six steps?

We make it a point to understand the idea in detail with our clients and outline a tangible vision for the process. We take enough time for this before the start.

There are only two reasons why people change: they want to or must. First, we turn those affected into participants, so everyone wants to be involved.

The most sustainable activation of people for a learning or change process is the emotional experience. This experience brings a realization to consciousness and activates the motivation for more. If more is the upcoming change, the activation has succeeded and is the best basis for achieving a sustainable result. See also “Our 3A-approach”.

We define concrete measures to get to the goal, establish clear responsibilities and build in a control mechanism. Along the way, we check together whether the planned measures can be implemented in practice in this way; above all, the necessary time and ongoing operations often compete with change efforts. We can make proactive adjustments to make the change process and procedures compatible if necessary.

Success has three letters “DO,” as the saying goes. Resistance only becomes apparent when doing. It pays to keep at it, jump over hurdles, and master detours. Together we activate all participants to continue to give full throttle and once again sharpen their focus on the goal.

Shoulder view, stage goal, or finish – At the end, the change process is evaluated to see how far reality has reached or exceeded the vision or if there is a need for further action. New goals can also emerge at the end. Joint reflection multiplies the learning effect and the ability to design other change processes in the future.

OUR 3A-APPROACH

Action – Awareness – Adaption

We draw on findings from brain research, according to which sustainability is most effectively achieved by linking factual/theoretical content with emotional experiences. That is why we design each workshop as an interplay of real discussions and emblematic emotional challenges for the group.

Make the intangible tangible!

Changes are often abstract and are described with great difficulty in a presentation. Very few people understand them. No one internalises it.

Away with slides, here with action. From a wide range of simulations, depending on the topic, we choose to create an experience in which the participants get involved – sometimes playfully, sometimes quietly, sometimes outdoors, sometimes indoors – always adapted to the needs of the participants. This way, we achieve a safe space for trying out, observing, and experiencing old and new patterns. Through the action, everyone is fully activated.

Make the action visible!

Perception is subjective. The participants experience the same thing, yet impressions, perceptions, and evaluations often differ massively.

Making personal awareness easily accessible and creating a shared understanding are crucial developments.

We moderate the evaluation of the findings with a suitable method. So that the essential things become visible, it can also be colorful and lively.

Bringing focus to the visible!

Often there is not one right way but many possible options. The best solution is not (always) the loudest. The challenge is to get all participants enthusiastic about one path. The supreme discipline here is that the participants take responsibility for achieving it themselves.

We support our clients in selecting suitable, well-supported, and feasible options. Dreaming is allowed, passion is desired, and yet with the necessary reality check. In the end, there are clear measures for implementation.
