For me, development and growth come through change. I have consciously initiated changes in my professional life over the last few months. It has not been a walk in the park, but I am proud that I have grown personally and am on the right path.

I either learn to deal with the change – i.e., ‘adaptation.’ Or I give the change a specific direction and am called upon to make decisions. For a directional decision, I have to choose from various possibilities. And in the past year, I have realized again that it takes time to think about all the many options.
