What to expect.

In the digital Leadership Meetup, we exchange our experiences and give each other impulses for our everyday leadership.

During the 60 minutes, a random group of highly qualified and experienced leaders awaits you for a “speed consulting” session on leadership.

Speed Consulting is a proven method to use “swarm intelligence” for solutions. The participants bring their questions and receive a selection of possible answers/solutions from their colleagues quickly.

For me, development and growth come through change. I have consciously initiated changes in my professional life over the last few months. It has not been a walk in the park, but I am proud that I have grown personally and am on the right path.

I am currently working on the effect and use of storytelling in coaching. Therefore, I like the following quote by Jorge Bucay: “Children are told stories to fall asleep – adults to wake up.”
