From an older man’s idea to the creation of 66 DAYS

For the first time in human history, the following millennia-old belief no longer applies: “old = wise and competent/young = naïve and incompetent.”

Does the following situation sound familiar to you: “My whole document has suddenly disappeared – I’ll call my son; he’s got a handle on things like that…”?

Or maybe this one: “What does he mean by “digital marketing”? – I’ll ask my daughter; she’s great with the Internet and all that…”.

I have been self-employed in the seminar, workshop, and coaching business for 22 years, and you could call me a “very senior.” But on closer inspection, my outward business appearance was getting on in years, my homepage was interchangeable, boring, and static, and my willingness to change was relatively modest. In short: I had a weak degree of innovation in my professional work but a substantial loss of motivation. A frightening realization for a person like me who chases crazy ideas in my private life and loves new things.

And so, the question to my business self: How am I supposed to accompany change-resistant people into a full-throttle digital future if you think analogue and rely on the tried and tested?

So, the decision was made to invite a colorful intergenerational group of great people and to think about a joint fresh and modern company. The seed sprouted. Since August 2019, my professional presence has consisted of a collective of best-trained and highly motivated talents from 3 generations: the youngest, barely over 30, has just become a father for the first time, the oldest – me – briefly “over 60”. In between, we find almost everything: from luxury product launch specialists, bank customer advisors, senior lecturers, innovation masters, and start-up experts to stock exchange business managers.

This diversity’s development and learning dynamics are indescribable and radiate far and wide. Let yourself be infected and get to know us – for the first time at www.66-days.ch.

We look forward to seeing you – from the bottom of our hearts,

Felix Fluck

PS:

I also experienced it during our start-up phase: after 66 gruelling days of change, it “clicked,” and I no longer want to do without my power team. And above all, I never want to return to my “old school business world.”
